This Mistral Peroxide Detection Kit PDK is able to detect improvised chlorate-based and peroxide-based explosive compounds such as TATP (Triacetonetriperoxide).

The PDK kit contains two reagents: Reagent A to identify/detect chlorate-based residues and Reagent B to detect peroxide-based residues. Collection papers are used to swipe a surface or substance. Testing is done sequentially beginning with Reagent A. If there is no reaction, Reagent B is used. A positive reaction is an immediate dark blue color.

Comes in a rugged carrying case for easy portability and use.
