The animal cruelty forensics kit was designed by Dr. Melinda Merck, Senior Director of Veterinary Forensic Sciences for the ASPCA, in conjunction with animal cruelty investigators. It contains all the equipment needed to process an animal cruelty crime scene. It also contains additional equipment needed to examine the animal victim of abuse.
